Ok, so when I said wink was the hot spot, really what I meant was Uchi. Anybody that’s anybody is buzzing around in this cozy nook down South Lamar. Supermodels are the waitstaff. Exotic Asians are the bartenders, red walls make up the interior, and Zen Gardens are set up outside for loungers who just want to go out for a quick smoke break, and of course…yummy menu items, all of which you’ll only savor. The menu changes daily, so I can’t really suggest a specific dish. Although I did have the amazing crunchy Australian bluefish roll that was available in tonight’s special.

For everyday, try the bond rolls. The portions are small, but what Hollywood-like restaurant has our true-to-Texas size servings anyway? For dessert, get the chocolate fondat. It complements well with red wine. Take care and watch your wallet as well as your appetite! The portions are small, so fast eating gives you more reason to add on to your orders!
